TURNAGAIN ARM TIDAL BORE, SIGNS ALONG THE SEAWARD HIGHWAY
Numerous laybys located along the Seward Highway give advantageous observation points for the bore. Along the upper Arm, the bore runs through channels very close to the Highway. Several of the laybys have information signs, each telling a different part of the story of the Turnagain Arm and its tidal bore. Here are a few of them, photographed by Ben Marcus.
